This is a quest to cover the famous anime 『君の名は。』 (Your Name) locations in Tokyo. It did not take a very long time but a good planning was needed. There were multiple people who went out on the same day I went. A few of them had professional cameras and spent a very long time at each location, many of them just took photos on their mobile phones. It was a good experience, and obviously I will need to go back to catch more locations for this pilgrimage.

Located in Roppongi Hills Mori Tower, it marks the first place Taki and Okudera-senpai went to on their date. 📅 January 12, 2026
国立新美術館 – The National Art Center
During the date, after viewing Tokyo from Roppongi Hills Observation Deck, Taki and Okudera-senpai went to the National Art Center for lunch at Salon de Thé ROND, a restaurant on 2F. Afterward, Taki saw the photos of Itomori from one of the paid exhibition. 📅 April 29, 2024
信濃町駅 – JR Shinanomachi Station
Although Taki wanted to have dinner with his date, but Okudera-senpai rejected it. They parted at the footbridge near JR Shinanomachi Station. There was an famous scene at the intersection in front of this station with the view of Docomo Tower in the background. 📅 April 29, 2024
聖徳記念絵画館 – Meiji Memorial Museum
This was a location where Mitsuha in Taki’s body went with Taki’s friend briefly. The Museum was under renovation when I visited. And due to the proximity to multiple metro stations, I had to search for the right station that led me to this angle. It was 青山一丁目 (Aoyama-Itchome). 📅 January 15, 2026
カフェ ラ・ボエム – Cafe La Boheme
Cafe La Boheme is a place where Taki and Okudera-senpai worked together. It is located in Shinjuku. The cafe is a real place and you can visit it despite the fact that the street in front of the cafe is quiet – not busy as shown in the anime. 📅 January 14, 2026
YUNIKA VISION
Obviously, Shinjuku is the area that people in Tokyo always go to for various reasons. This Yunika Vision has been featured multiple times, and Taki also passes by the area. 📅 April 29, 2024
Intersection in Shinjuku
This is the intersection seen briefly multiple times and Taki met Mitsuha 5 years after the disaster nearby. The intersection is located where Kita-dori and Higashi-dori meet. 📅 April 29, 2024
須賀神社 – Suga Shrine
Mitsuha left the train at Sendagaya JR Station while Taki ran out of Shinjuku JR Station South Exit after both of them saw each other from a different train somewhere near Yoyogi. They eventually met at the stairs of Suga Shrine and this place became a sacred place for Your Name fans. 📅 April 29, 2024, January 14, 2026
