My second time in Phuket. The island was still charming and I loved it. I still enjoyed the views and the activities they offered.
Sadly, I did not go to the famous Promthep Cape (แหลมพรหมเทพ) during sunset, but this one from Karon Beach (หาดกะรน) was great enough. And well, famous among foreigners. No one spoke to me in Thai, and many staff laughed at their own mistakes when they realized they were serving a Thai customer. We got pizza as dinner back in Patong Beach.
We went out for snorkeling on my birthday, and also met so many people. The staff on the boat thought I was a Chinese… and well, Japanese… We stopped at Ko Khai Nai (เกาะไข่ใน) first, this one is for a bit of swimming and some water activities. Then, we went for lunch along Ton Sai Beach (หาดต้นไทร) on Ko Phi Phi Don (เกาะพีพีดอน). We stopped for swimming and snorkeling session in Pi Leh Bay (อ่าวปิเละ), then visited the famous Maya Bay (อ่าวมาหยา). We closed the day with 2 more snorkeling stops along Ko Phi Phi Le (เกาะพีพีเล) and Ko Mai Ton (เกาะไม้ต้น).
The sunset as viewed from the sea was gorgeous, this location was just off the coast of Mai Ton Island (เกาะไม้ต้น).
The third was a photography day. We went for views, tiger park, and we ended up in a night market in the Old Town.
And here, I did my surfing again, now at Phuket Surf House. I think my skill is getting better.
Slow day, last day. I swam at the rooftop swimming pool in the morning. Then, we went to the cafe at a luxurious resort, Samutr Bar at Amari Phuket. Got a massage. And headed back to the airport.
